His future books are Building a Good Life, based on his Uncle Don who was a home builder and A Recipe for a Sweet Life, based on the recipes of his Aunt Margaret who owned a bake shop.

Zan travels the world serving the needs of his clients but his heart is in his hometown of Fayetteville, NC with his wife Laura and their two children, Louisa and Cameron.
